ResumesTailor is a small, fully-remote team. If you’ve ever rage-quit a job hunt and thought there had to be a better way, this is the company building it.
How we work
- Remote-first, async-default. We hire across time zones. Meetings are the exception, not the rule.
- Ship weekly. Real changelog, real users, fast feedback loops.
- Small team, broad scope. Engineers ship UI, API, and SQL. Designers write copy. The job description is “own the user’s problem.”
- No design-by-committee. The person closest to the problem makes the call. We back it with data after, not before.

We don’t have open roles posted right now. We hire infrequently and always for someone we already want to work with. If that’s you, the next section is for you.

Interview process
- Intro chat — 30 minutes with a founder. Mutual fit, what you’re looking for.
- Working session — 90 minutes, paid. Real problem from our roadmap, with the tools you’d actually use.
- Team conversations — two 45-minute chats with the people you’d work with most.
- Offer — usually within 48 hours of the last conversation.
The whole loop typically takes two weeks.
