A job tracker that fills itself when you tailor.
Every resume you tailor adds an application to a visual Kanban board and a sortable table, with no manual entry. Drag cards across stages, read an honest funnel and a true interview rate, and keep the resume, ATS score, and referrals on each card. Free, in the same workspace you already use.
One board for every application, kept current for you
Auto-tracking on tailor
Tailor a resume on the web or in the extension and the application is added for you. Re-tailoring updates the same card, so there's no clipping, bookmarking, or duplicate entry.
Kanban board
Drag applications across Saved, Applied, Interview, Offer, and Accepted or Rejected. Move a stage with one drag and the history is recorded.
Sortable table view
Prefer rows? The same applications in a table you can sort and filter, for when you want the full list at a glance instead of columns.
Honest funnel analytics
A Tracked, Submitted, Interviews-and-beyond, and Offers funnel, plus a true interview rate from stage history. A role that reached interview still counts even if it was later rejected.
Resume, ATS score & referrals per card
Each card carries the tailored resume's ATS score, a link to the resume, and any referral searches you ran for that company, so one card is the full context for one application.
Edit, note, search & filter
Adjust the role and company, add notes as things move, and search or filter across the board and table to find any application fast.

Frequently asked questions
What is the Job Tracker?
It's a visual board and a sortable table inside the ResumesTailor dashboard that follow your applications from Saved to Applied, Interview, Offer, and Accepted or Rejected. Drag a card to move a stage, or work in the table view with sorting and filters. Every application you tailor a resume for is added automatically, so the board stays current without manual data entry.
How does the auto-tracking work?
The moment you tailor a resume for a role, on the web or through the browser extension, an application card is created for that company and role. Re-tailoring the same role updates the existing card instead of making a duplicate. Most trackers need you to clip or bookmark each job by hand; here tracking happens as a by-product of the work you were already doing.
What do the analytics show?
A simple funnel (Tracked, Submitted, Interviews and beyond, Offers) plus a true interview rate computed from each application's stage history. A role that reached the interview stage still counts toward your rate even if it was later rejected, so the number reflects what actually happened rather than only your current pipeline. No vanity metrics, no invented benchmarks.
What's on each application card?
The tailored resume's ATS score, a link to the resume itself, and any referral searches you ran for that company. You can edit the role and company fields, add notes, search across applications, and filter the board or table, so every card is the full context for one application in one place.
How does it compare to Teal or Huntr?
Teal and Huntr are mature standalone trackers with deep contact and email tracking, rich notes, and an established job-clipping extension. If you want the deepest dedicated tracker, Teal is strong. The difference here is that ResumesTailor tailors the resume, so your applications get tracked automatically with no clipping step, and the board lives in the same workspace that scores your resume and finds referrals. If you want tracking that just happens while you apply, this is built for that, free.
How much does it cost?
The Job Tracker is free and included for every user, with the board, the table, and the analytics on every plan. See the pricing page for the rest of what each plan includes.
Stop tracking applications by hand.
Tailor your resumes the way you already do and let the board fill itself, with the resume, ATS score, and referrals on every card. Free on every plan.
